All of our jewelry is handmade so please allow 5 business days for processing. During sales and holiday time, processing may be extended. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. Return/Exchanges:
We do not except returns, but would be glad to exchange any unworn jewlery within 10 days of delivery date. Please ensure that jewelry is returned in its original packaging. Repairs:
We are happy to repair any defective item within the first 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are also happy to make repairs to jewelry that has been damaged from extensive wear and use but cost will be assessed on a case by case basis.
